Keep the Property Clean

Though housekeeping is included during your stay, we kindly ask guests to maintain basic cleanliness in common areas. Please tidy up after yourselves in the kitchen, poolside, and any other shared spaces. Take the trash out before departure and try not to leave messes for those visiting after you. By keeping things neat and picking up after yourselves, you allow the next guests to enjoy the villa in its best state just as you have.

Proper Use of Amenities

Please gently handle all features like you would in your own home so others can fully unwind afterwards. Review guidelines for nearby hot tubs and games before play. Promptly attend to young ones near recreational areas for safety and avoid disruptions. Your Hosts are here should you need help operating anything or have any other questions – just let us know how to make your escape even more restful!

While we strive for comfort, common sense must be used – especially with children near slopes, roads, or recreational facilities. We kindly request supervision in these potential risk areas. We want you to leave with happy memories and return renewed to your busy lives. Your well-being is our top priority during your stay. Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.

General Guidelines

The cottage is equipped with an easy to see fire extinguisher near the front door.
Please remove your shoes when you are inside the cottage. You can use the interior shoes we have provided. They are located next to the front door.
No excessive noise, disturbance in the neighborhood, loud music or any abusive behavior whatsoever will be tolerated.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the chalet. Please use the dedicated place for that purpose.
